Intellectual Property:

All content, including but not limited to game design, graphics, audio, and text, is the intellectual property of Global Grand Gaming Private Limited. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any part of our games without prior authorization. You agree not to: circumvent, remove, degrade, deactivate, or thwart any of the contents of our games; use any robot, spider, scraper, or other means to access our games. You also agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, and disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through our platform (mobile apps and website). You agree to not threaten, coerce, defame, harass, bully, offend, or engage in offensive communication with us, our employees, or our service partners. Additionally, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of our platform. We may also seek refunds and take legal action against you. Users acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Services, are owned by or licensed to Global Grand Gaming private limited. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. This includes safeguarding login credentials and promptly reporting any unauthorized access or suspicious activity. Global Grand Gaming gives its users a personal, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, and revocable limited access to use its Platform. Global Grand Gaming may, at its own discretion, cease totally or partially, and/or permanently or temporarily restrict the access to the Platform without prior notice or communication to the Users. You may be able to use a social media log-in to register with us. In such circumstances, you will be bound by any terms of use and privacy policy of such third-party companies, and Global Grand Gaming does not have any control over their operations. Users are responsible for safeguarding their access to our platform and follow the general internet etiquettes that must be adhered to. Global Grand Gaming will not be responsible for any loss that Users may suffer because of any unauthorized access granted to their accounts and/or use of the Services, and WinZO accepts no responsibility for any losses or harm resulting from such unauthorized use, whether fraudulently or otherwise.

Payment and Transactions:

Cancellation and Refund:

• All transactions canceled due to unavoidable interrupted services will be refunded and communicated to you promptly. The cancellation and refund process is solely dependent on the payment method and the banking policies associated with it. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the policies of the payment gateway and the associated banking services.
• GrandGaming will not be held responsible for any third-party services, such as hosting, web development, content writing, etc.
• If the refund request is approved by the payment merchant and the associated banking services, the deducted amount will be refunded to your respective banking digital wallets/accounts within 5-7 business days. However, it may take several business days or longer for the refund to appear in your account, depending upon your financial institution. In such cases, you may want to check with your financial institution to understand when the applicable payment method will be credited.

Updates and Modifications:

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue our games or services at any time without prior notice. Users acknowledge that continued use of our games constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.

Limitation of Liability:

Global Grand Gaming does not exercise control over any Internet sites apart from Global Grand Gaming and cannot be held responsible for any content residing in any third-party Internet site. Users' interactions with such third parties will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and other service terms adopted/implemented by such third party, and the User acknowledges sole responsibility for and assumes all risk arising from its use of such websites or resources.

Shipping and Delivery

At GrandGaming, we don't engage in any product selling or buying activities, nor do we offer any shipping services. As such, we do not have any Shipping and Delivery policies in place. Any third party claiming to provide shipping services on behalf of GrandGaming is unauthorized and illegitimate. GrandGaming is not associated with such services or practices.

Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All claims, legal proceedings or litigation arising in connection with the Services will be brought solely before the courts of New Delhi. Users consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.

Deleting your personal data.

We may use the data collected to perform our legal or contractual obligations, as otherwise permitted by law, or as and when requested by legal, regulatory, or investigatory authorities.

1. Delete Account

How to delete your account in the application:

• On App

• Login into your account. Please use the credentials/mode of loin chosen at the time of Registration.
• After Registration on top of the Home screen of the App on top left section on the click of the Profile Icon, with the picture of your profile.
• On Click of this profile icon, you will find option for “Delete Account” inside the opened menu.
• On Click of the “Delete Account” button you will be redirected to a screen, with the instructions for the delete account, terms and conditions and disclaimer.
• Go to Delete Account page and press "Delete my account" button.
• Select “Yes” if you want to delete your account, and select “No” if you don't want to delete your account.
• On selection of “Yes”, your account will be deleted. And on selection of “No”, your account will active.

• On Web

• Login into your account. Please use the credentials/mode of loin chosen at the time of Registration.
• After Registration on top of the page on top right section you will find option for “Delete Account”.
• On Click of the “Delete Account” button you will be redirected to a page, with the instructions for the delete account, terms and conditions and disclaimer.
• On this Delete Account Page press "Delete my account" button.
• Select “Yes” if you want to delete your account, and select “No” if you don’t want to delete your account.
• On selection of “Yes”, your account will be deleted. And on selection of “No”, your account will active.

2. When you delete your account:

• You will no longer be able to log in to this Grand Gaming with the same account.
• You will lose access to your progress, statistics and history.
• You will lose subscribed plans or any IAP purchases.
• Your account will be deleted permanently.
• Before deleting make sure your are ready to get your account deleted.
