Deleting your personal data.

We may use the data collected to perform our legal or contractual obligations, as otherwise permitted by law, or as and when requested by legal, regulatory, or investigatory authorities.

  • When you request deletion of your personal data, we will use reasonable efforts to honor your request. 1. Delete Account

How to delete your account in the application:

  • Web

  • Login into your account. Please use the credentials/mode of loin chosen at the time of Registration.
  • After Registration on top of the Home screen of the App on top left section on the click of the Profile Icon, with the picture of your profile.
  • On Click of this profile icon, you will find option for “Delete Account” inside the opened menu.
  • On Click of the “Delete Account” button you will be redirected to a screen, with the instructions for the delete account, terms and conditions and disclaimer.
  • Go to Delete Account page and press "Delete my account" button.
  • Select “Yes” if you want to delete your account, and select “No” if you don't want to delete your account.
  • On selection of “Yes”, your account will be deleted. And on selection of “No”, your account will active.

  • Web

2. When you delete your account:

  • You will no longer be able to log in to this Grand Gaming with the same account.
  • You will lose access to your progress, statistics and history.
  • You will lose subscribed plans or any IAP purchases.
  • Your account will be deleted permanently.
  • Before deleting make sure your are ready to get your account deleted.
