Account Deletion

Deleting your personal data.

We may use the data collected to perform our legal or contractual obligations, as otherwise permitted by law, or as and when requested by legal, regulatory, or investigatory authorities.

When you request deletion of your personal data, we will use reasonable efforts to honor your request. In some cases, we may be legally required to keep some of the data for a certain time; in such event, we will fulfill your request after we have complied with our obligations. 1. Delete Account

How to delete your account in the application:

On App

  • Login into your account. Please use the credentials/mode of login chosen at the time of Registration.
  • Click the Profile Icon on the top-left section of the Home screen.
  • Find the option for “Delete Account” in the opened menu.
  • Click the “Delete Account” button and follow the instructions.
  • Go to the Delete Account page and press the "Delete my account" button.
  • Select “Yes” to delete your account or “No” to keep it active.

On Web

  • Login into your account with the chosen credentials/mode of login.
  • Find the “Delete Account” option on the top-right of the page.
  • Click “Delete Account” and follow the instructions.
  • Press the "Delete my account" button on the Delete Account Page.
  • Select “Yes” to delete your account or “No” to keep it active.

2. When you delete your account

  • You will no longer be able to log in to this account.
  • You will lose access to your progress, statistics, and history.
  • You will lose subscribed plans or any in-app purchases.
  • Your account will be permanently deleted.
  • Before deleting, ensure you are ready to lose your account.
